Focussing on the client in the centre of all decision making and care planning, respecting their wants, needs, preferences and promoting greater client involvement in their health and social care planning and delivery.

With changes to Government funding for Home Care Packages, the consumer is now in the driving seat, these changes allow greater control for consumers and their families in accessing care, deciding how it is delivered and by whom.
